Over the years he has successfully coordinated technology transfers, set-up commercial technologies, been part of regulatory audits by Overseas Customers in Shamrock. Having acquired a holistic experience in commercial as we as technical areas in the pharmaceutical business over three decades, Mr. Kalpesh Khokhani aims to spearhead the future Innovations related to pharmaceutical field for Shamrock group.

An expert in Pharmaceutical Marketing and Business Development, Mr. Chauhan has more than 37 years of Hands-on rich experience of Pharmaceutical Business. Mr. Chauhan has a successful stint of Marketing and Business Development of Pharmaceutical products, and has worked in the companies like – Sun Pharma, Alkem Group of Companies, Ipca Laboratories, Bharat Serums & Vaccines, Enaltec etc. Mr. Chauhan has an experience of handling the Global Pharmaceutical market and has successfully launched and marketed products in USA, Europe, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and other markets of Asia-Pacific region. He has been instrumental in signing some historical agreements and deals for the companies that he has worked for. Having travelled to more than 100 countries in the last 37 years. Mr. Chauhan has a good customer base with Top-of-the-line pharmaceutical companies in Regulated and Semi-Regulated markets. Mr. Chauhan is equipped with a Bachelor’s Degree of Chemistry from Mumbai University and has a Master’s Degree in Marketing Management from Mumbai University. Mr. Chauhan is associated with Shamrock and is in charge of the Business Development portfolio. His responsibilities include, marketing and business development of Shamrock’s products. Additionally, Mr. Chauhan is also responsible for acquisition of manufacturing companies globally. Apart from 3 years at Shamrock Pharmachemi, Ryan has Management Consulting experience in B2B industries and Health Care Consulting across Pharmaceuticals, Devices and Diagnostics in the areas of Strategy, Pricing and Public Policy. Prior to joining Shamrock, he was a Co-Founder of one of India’s first E-Pharmacy companies. Ryan is an avid reader and runner. He also loves the fact that this role allows him to travel and interact with people from different cultures.
